Hi! Today I'm going to talk about my experience in the English class.

To start, learning English at university is very different than learning English at the school, because in the school we use to learn the structure of the sentences and the verbal times, but know, we have to directly use the English, in the blogs, in the videos, when we see movies or practice the listening, so it's very useful bring all what you learn previously to the practice.

I think that the use of the blogs are very fun, first one because you start using a computer and that’s makes the class interesting immediately, the fact that you leave the notebook for one class is very comforting. Then, other thing that it’s fun is that we can read the blogs of our classmates, so in the last 2 semesters I can know so much things that I didn’t know previously about they haha, and you can comment and share experiences. One thing that I don’t like too much it´s that sometimes we have to talk about specific things that maybe you don’t know or you haven’t decided yet, so I would like that we could have more options in the themes to talk.

Well, I’m in a CFG in English in which we talk about the pop music so I talk a lot of English there, also I listen too much music in English and I use to search what their lyrics mean so I also apply the English there and then I use to see series and movies with subtitles in Spanish and I really think that I learn to much with this method because sometimes I memorize the words only with the listening.

I think that to improve my English I could still doing the things that I do and maybe a short class in an extracurricular way. Also I think that the EGGP could impart a CFG in English as the one that I go and talk about interesting stuff.

Changes to my study program

H i everyone, today I´m going to talk about some changes that I would like to do to my study program.

Well, I study public administration at Universidad de Chile and we got many subjects of study in different areas, as the curriculum show, we have areas as political science, red tape, statistics, investigation, etc. I like it but I think that the investigation area could be at the end of the career, because at that point we know more stuff and could do better investigations of areas that we really like to study.

This carrer length about 5 years if you don´t fail any class and I think that It´s a good period of time.

About the faculty facilities I think that the new building repair many of the principal problems as the overcrowding that we had at Moneda´s school but we still have many work to do about the infrastructure, principally about the space distribution or the space occupation, I think that with the new space we could do many classroom specially made for collective groups and extracurricular activities.

Well, talking about the workload that we had at the end of the semester I think that all the teachers had to organize to distribute the times and the tests in the best way possible.

About the teaching methods I think that the teachers have to open their mind to different and new use of technologies as Benjamin Alaluf hahaha, and I say this not only to made that teachers use power points, because this made the classes bored than before, I talk about made stuff interesting, make videos, make songs, use programs, use social medias, and a lot stuff that the internet and the technologies give to us and we have to use!

SUMMER VACATIONS

Cochamó

Hi everyone, today I´m going to talk about my summer vacations.

Well., this summer I would like to vist Cochamó with my friends, this isn´t an offical plan but we want it so bad so we only have to organizate. 

Cochamó is a city located in the south of Chile in a province called Llanquihue and is characterized by their many hills, their granite walls and all the nature of the place.

I would like to go with my 3 best friends Florencia, Montserrat and Antonia, and maybe a pair of other friends.

Well, In first place, we want to arrive Cochamó only backpacking, so only the fact to ge there is a panorama.

Then when we arrive there we have to made ur marquees.

The list of things to do is very big, but is based in camping stuff, made campfire, made some treaking, and play “carioca”.

One of the things that I really want to do is go to the natural sledge, that is a big rock where the river pass so you can slide by the rock until the end of the river, I saw a lot of picture of people doing it and looks very very fun.

Well, honestly we don´t have no money to make this trip  but it´s a cheap destiny so I know if I work at the beginnig of the summer vacations I could go and pass a good time with my best friends.

My favorite book

B L I N D N E S S         B O O K        

Hi everyone, today I´m going to talk about my favorite book.

My favorite book it´s Blindness by José Saramago, a portuguese author who received the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1998. It was one of the few books that make me read at school that I finish and I read with enthusiasm, I think that José Saramago know how keep you reading to know what will come next, so I really recomend to my classmates to read this book because you will not regret.

I love this book because relate the story of a doctor and a group of people that get infected by "the white sickness", a worldwide phenomenon that make people lose their sight -I mean get Blindness.

This event make the authorities take matters into their hands, so they decided make groups of sickness people to different centers, so they have to learn to live together under very bad conditions.

Well, in the center, the author mix a lot of different people, with very different personalities and from different social classes, so the tolerance and the insctinct are the principal resourses to still alive.

In the curse of the story, we can see how the group -and the society in general- start to tire and lose their humanity, show the worst part of us and how with a simple alteration from one factor, we surrender to the tragedy, being incapables to look for a alternative, as help each other.

Postgraduate Studies

H i everyone, today I'm going to talk about the postgraduate study that i would like to do in the future.

Well, along the short period that I have been in my career public administration I have had different lines of study as one of math, other of the science of the public administrations, one of investigation and finally my favorite one, the line of the political science <3.

I like this area of study because the autors that make us read, are very interenting, they show me how should work the politic and how it work in the real life.

My principal reasons to do the course is that maybe I could study the national politic context, I mean, I could bring the theory of political science to the real chilean reallity, so then it help to people to understand what is happening in our country and finally help to create critical thinking in our society, for example, I dream with appear in the bibliography of different careers at university, so student could learn political science with a national autor and in they our national context.

I would love to travel to other countries to study so i could also learn about the different contexts and histories and this similarities and discrepancies to our sistem, and in other side I would like to learn in a good university as a normal postgraduate.

My future job

H i everyone, today I'm going to talk about what could be my future job as a public adminstrator, that is what I am studing.

Well, firts one I like to have a job working for the people, I don't know yet what will be specifically but could be in a ministry, my favorite ones are foreign relations, social developmen, education or the women and gender equality.

I definitely prefer indoor places because I like to manage struff, to coordinate things, and makes that thing work perfectly.

I would LOVE to travel in my work, so learn stuff and be an example in other countries in what i do, even I like to travel to different regions in my own country so help the regions to grow up and end with the centralization.

I really don't know nothing about the salary, but It should be sufficient to live jeje.

I hope to deffine exactly what i like to do in the future soon so I could make a good plan to the future.

That’s all guys, I love you so much and I hope you know what do you want to be in the future and be happy with a family and a work that you love because is one of the most important things in the life.

Everything, everything M O V I E

H i everyone! Today I’m going to talk about the last movie that i saw.

The movie is call everything everything and show the story about a girl that can’t go out of their home because a very strange sickness that could kill her if she go out.

Then, next to his home arrived new neighbour, a very cute boy that makes me 😍fall in love😍 at the first appearence in the movie, and to the main character too haha. Well, he is my favorite character but no only for his apparience, he was very nice and cute with the girl and made a lot of things to make she happy and make she fall in love with him, even the fact that they got to see each other throught the window or talk by phone.

I love this movie because is so romantic💖 and appasionate at the same time, they really fall in love very deep and make the main girl go out to know what is real life, thing that show very interesting things that you got to see, so go to see it now.

One part that I don’t like is the fact that the story is very unrealistic, but i can’t tell you why because it would ruin the final 😶😶.

My favorite part is when he enter to her house and its the first time that they could see each other without a glass between they 💕

Pride movie

H i everyone, today I'm going to talk about "Pride" the movie.

I had never seen this movie before and I like it so much, because tell the story of a social movement, and I usually like these movies. Reflects the passion of the people involved, the fight to get their goals and a strong fellowship.

In the movie there are many characters that I like, but my favorite one was Sian, because she was who got the idea to invite LGSM and start the union between the miners and the LGSM, although many people would not want it.

One thing that I like from the movie was the music, becuse it was intense and accord to the diferent scenes, and one that I don't like was when the parents of  Joe get angry with him for not going to the college but they don't even listen to him and his reasons.

My favorite scene of all was when Joe arrive to his home in the van of LGSM in the middle of his nephew´s christening, with no fear and said to his family that he was going to leave the house, because he made a decision to contribute to the organization.

A country I would like to visit

H i everyone, today I´m going to talk about my favorite country and the one that I would like to go, Japan.

Well, I think that Japan it´s a country very different to us, and it´s a completely different culture too, in many aspects. So I like to learn about it and know something new.

I know about two principal cities that I would like to visit, one of the It´s Tokio and I like it because It´s like New York but on the other side of the world, thing that make them so different but It´s like the same concept of a big city, and the other one It´s Kyoto, my favorite one. I like it because this city it´s very mistic and looks like anime landscape. This city got some of the most iconic temples of Japan. thing that makes their heritage and monumental one of the principal atracction for the turists.

If you ask  me, I would love to live in Japan, but it´s just a dream, I don´t have the money or the courage to leave my family and go to another place to live, so I wolud just like to go there as a turist for a few months.
